Silvergate Fallbrook seeks compassionate Caregivers to join our Memory Care team in Fallbrook, CA. You will support residents with Alzheimer's and dementia, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a warm, home-like environment.

The role is full-time, on-site, with swing shifts (10AM-6PM) and a benefits package including dental, vision, healthcare, and paid time off. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• First Aid Certification required.
• English fluency (read, write, speak).
• Proficient computer skills for recording care and reporting incidents.
• Ability to work with others and with senior citizens.
• Schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive care to residents per the Silvergate Care Plan, including ADLs: grooming, bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, incontinence care, transfers.
• Serve as a loving companion and interact with residents daily.
• Communicate with and reassure family members as needed.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational programs.
• Recognize signs and symptoms of dementia and respond accordingly.
• Escort residents to medical appointments, errands and offsite activities.
• Use mechanical devices (Hoyer lift) to transfer residents as required.
• Record resident care statistics and maintain documentation accurately.
• Prepare and recount Incident Reports as needed.
• Monitor supplies and report needs to LVN Supervisor.
• Encourage socialization and assist with equipment setup and cleanup.
