Belmont Village Senior Living Corporate in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, collaboration, and hospitality as residents thrive with compassionate care.

You will assist with activities of daily living, meals, hygiene, and mobility, while documenting care, ensuring safety, and upholding regulatory standards. A CN A license is not required, but licensed caregivers are welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of seniors in our Sensory Care Unit.
• Promote and inspire participation in sensory activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
• Assist in setting up and leading sensory activities for residents in Sensory Care Unit.
• Help with meals: getting residents to meals, serving, cuing, prompting, and feeding when needed.
• Set up for meals and clean dining area after meals.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene, and incontinence.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and report observed changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
