Belmont Village Senior Living seeks a dedicated Caregiver to support seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, and foster a warm, respectful environment where residents thrive.

Ideal candidates show reliability, empathy, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. A CNA license is not required, but certification or experience is welcome. Full-time roles include benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.
• Must be able to use tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job tasks.
• Willingness to learn new software tools and platforms.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance; post-offer screenings may apply.

Aufgaben

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while prioritizing safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate daily care records and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction priorities in every interaction.
