Job summary

Silverado Beverly Place is hiring Caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents with Alzheimer’s and memory impairments. This full-time PM shift offers competitive pay and growth opportunities in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Anticipated pay range is $20–$23 per hour. Silverado provides benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team
