Silverado Rolling Hills, a memory care innovator and Fortune Best Workplace, is hiring Caregivers to support residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia. You’ll deliver compassionate care, build relationships, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment in a team-driven setting.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, English communication skills, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn. Salary ranges from $19–$22 per hour with full-time night shifts and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other neurodegenerative conditions (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team
