Job summary

Silverado Rolling Hills is seeking dedicated Caregivers to provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia in a memory care setting. This full-time role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments daily.

You will work on a PM shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm) with a 4 on / 2 off schedule, delivering care, documenting changes, and collaborating with the nursing team to maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members

• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team
