Job summary

Silverado North Shore is hiring Caregivers to provide hands‑on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory‑impairing conditions. You’ll lead with heart, work in a compassionate team, and help create meaningful moments every day.

Schedule: Full Time, NOC shift, Thursday – Monday, with paid training and growth opportunities. Competitive pay ranges from $16 to $20 per hour, plus benefits such as 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision insurance, FSA, PTO, tuition

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
