Silverado Hermann Park is a memory care leader actively hiring Caregivers to provide hands-on support for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. This role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building within a collaborative team, delivering meaningful moments daily.

You lead with heart, patience, and integrity; schedule is Full Time, PM shift. Anticipated pay range is $16 - $17 USD per hour. Silverado offers benefits like 401(k), health/dental/vision, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia preferred.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
