Heritage Springs in Spring Valley, NV is seeking a Wellness Director for Memory Care to lead the nursing team and coordinate care. You will oversee staff, collaborate with leaders, and ensure high quality of life for residents.

• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Medication certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make a significant contribution to residents' quality of life by maintaining high standards of care.
• Review routines, calendar of events, staff schedules, and coordinate resident appointments, treatments, or procedures.
• Assist with new resident orientation and transition to community.
• Develop, implement and update service plans.
• Make daily rounds to observe residents' status.
• Coordinate admission and discharge of residents.
• Evaluate employee performance and participate in recruitment and training.
• Ensure documentation of resident clinical status and communication with physicians and health professionals.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, stocked, and counted at shift change.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and time management.
• Promote Cascade Living mission, values and beliefs.
