Job summary

Issaquah Memory Care is seeking a Director of Wellness (RN or LPN) to provide clinical oversight and lead the senior living wellness team, collaborating with the Executive Director to deliver exceptional services.

Ideal candidate holds WA RN/LPN licensure, with leadership experience in nursing and rehabilitative care, and a strong understanding of applicable regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Must satisfy all state health, licensure, and background requirements.
• RN or LPN license in Washington required; assisted living experience preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership skills in applying nursing and rehabilitative care techniques; knowledge of state and federal rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wellness program with residents, families, physicians, consultants and team.
• Routinely assess residents before move-in and after hospital/SLF stays.
• Supervise documentation of wellness and medical treatments.
