Qualifications

• RN license in good standing (VA).
• CPR certification required.

• Experience in Long-Term Care/Memory Care preferred.
• Strong leadership, clinical and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and evaluate resident care and unit operations.
• Monitor timely, concise documentation of resident care in EMR.
• Provide pertinent information regarding resident care to physicians during rounds.
• Evaluate staff performance and oversee direct care activities.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and universal precautions.
