Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working with seniors with Alzheimer's or dementia.
• At least one year of supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer's progression is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of the Thrive program with the Life Enrichment team.
• Ensure a functional and appropriate program for the Memory Care Unit.
• Collaborate with direct care staff for effective service delivery.
