You will help residents with daily activities, support orientation for memory care teams, and ensure a compassionate, safe environment. The position requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a positive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Empathy to connect with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Ability to observe residents to tailor engagement plans.
• Understanding of environment setup to support daily routines.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and build human connections with residents.
• Act as a patient observer to identify interests and create engagement plans.
• Manage the Mise en Scène to set the stage for each daily activity.
• Serve as a Life Partner by supporting residents from morning to night.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist orientation of team members to memory care neighborhoods.
