Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner (PRN) at Vitalia Active Adult Community in North Olmsted, OH. Starting wage is $18–$24 per hour with flexible shift schedules.

The role focuses on empathy, resident engagement, and careful documentation within a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a HS diploma or equivalent, fluent in English, physically able to assist residents, and capable of computer data entry.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to use a computer to print and enter information.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy by creating human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents to discover interests and abilities and support engagement plans.
• Manage the Mise en Scène to set up spaces for daily activities and events.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from morning to night.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
