The position offers part-time/full-time schedules, a focus on growth, and a supportive workplace culture within Hilltop’s mission-driven environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED plus one year of direct care experience with the Alzheimer’s population preferred.
• Experience providing personal care and ADL assistance.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• QMAP certification required for Memory Care QMAP position.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care to residents per the care plan and document care.
• Maintain safety and dignity of residents and report concerns.
• Assist with meals, social activities, and transportation as needed.
• Respond to radio, pager, and pendant requests for assistance.
• Administer household duties to maintain a clean, safe environment.
