Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow medication administration rights (drug, resident, dose, time, route, reason, documentation).
• Follow all applicable policies and regulations for medication administration.
• Monitor narcotics counts and maintain cart control.
• Complete documentation promptly and accurately.
