Job summary

English Rose is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personalized care for residents living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and complex medical conditions across six upscale residential homes in Edina and Minnetonka.

With a 1:3 caregiver-to-resident ratio and comprehensive paid training, you will build meaningful relationships and assist with daily activities, meals, medications, and coordinate with the team to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Paid training provided.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stay active during shifts.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers).
• Prepare meals, assist with medications, and provide housekeeping and laundry.
• Lead and participate in meaningful activities to support well-being.
• Follow care plans, document care, report changes, and collaborate with team.
