Job summary

Spring Arbor of Albemarle is seeking a Supervisor in Charge (SIC) to oversee daily operations in the Cottage neighborhood of our Memory Care community. You will lead a team of RAs and Med Techs, ensure safe medication administration, and maintain compliance with state regulations.

The role requires an active NC Med Tech certification, 3+ years of Med Tech experience in assisted living, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active NC Med Tech certification is required.
• 3+ years of Med Tech experience in Assisted Living.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening.
• Willingness to comply with drug-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on the assigned shift.
• Manage the medication administration program per state regulations.
• Direct RAs and Med Techs; coordinate services with the Resident Care Director.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with ADLs and support residents' daily living activities.
• Document and review medication administration and ensure timely administration.
