Owen Valley Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking an experienced nurse (RN or LPN) to supervise nursing staff and provide direct resident care in a compliant facility setting. Direct daily activities, admit/transfer/discharge residents, and ensure accurate charting and reports.

The role requires a current nursing license, strong English communication, and the ability to make independent decisions. IV care, safety adherence, and care coordination are essential components of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a current unencumbered nursing license (RN or LPN).
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Must be able to make independent decisions as required.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day nursing staff and plan shift services.
• Complete and file resident records and orders.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Coordinate with inter-department staff to maintain nursing services.
• Perform IV care and other nursing procedures as needed.
• Ensure safety and privacy of resident information.
• Provide extra duties as assigned.
