Ecumen Prairie Hill and Ecumen Sand Prairie are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Memory Care in St Peter, MN. The role includes overseeing medication administration, maintaining care plans, and coordinating with physicians in a memory care setting.

The position is full-time with day shifts and on-call rotations, offering a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) matching. RN licensure in Minnesota is required, with a preference for a BSN.

Qualificações

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse within the state where working and maintain licensure.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• Ability to follow all safety rules, policies and procedures of the facility.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial assessments for new residents and implement service agreements at move-in.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records and care plans; ensure timely assessments and proper documentation.
• Ensure physician orders are signed and carried out within 24 hours.
• Oversee medication administration and medical equipment use; communicate with physicians as needed.
• Assist with training new staff on health and medication procedures and provide ongoing education; document all training for compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Formação académica

Associate's Degree in Nursing

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
