Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. in Florida seeks a Memory Care Coordinator (RN) to lead and coordinate dementia-related services in the memory care neighborhood. You will guide integrated care for residents with dementia and support their caregivers, aligning with Acts Engaged Living and the Signature Experience.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote best practices, brain health, caregiver education, staff training, outreach, and dementia-based programs and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or social science (preferred)
• Minimum of two years in a leadership role overseeing dementia-related services
• Experience in social services, program development, resident engagement, memory care
• Specialized training in dementia care
• Active RN license in the state (required)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination of integrated, comprehensive services for individuals with dementia and their caregivers
• Communicate, implement, and coordinate dementia programs, services, policies and projects
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote best practices and person-centered care
• Contribute specialized dementia care expertise and staff education/consultation
