Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC seeks a Reminiscence Coordinator to lead the memory care neighborhood, ensuring residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia receive compassionate, individualized care and meaningful engagement. You will champion Sunrise’s Resident-Centered Care model and support families.

You will oversee daily operations, develop dementia-appropriate activities, collaborate with clinical leadership on ISPs, safety, hydration, and care needs, and manage staffing and budgets

Qualifications

• Experience in dementia or memory care settings preferred.
• Strong communication and family engagement skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage schedules.

Responsibilities
