River Grove Health and Rehabilitation in Tennessee is seeking an experienced RN for Affinity for Her, our all-female memory care unit. You will provide bedside care, monitor vitals, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care.

Formación

• Current RN license in Tennessee (TN).
• At least 1 year of RN experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to provide bedside care, record vital signs, and document care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide bedside care to residents including personal hygiene.
• Record vital signs (BP, pulse, RR).
• Collect health information and update medical records.
• Relay information between patients, RNs, and physicians.
• Administer oral medications and injections as directed.
• Monitor for changes in patients and respond appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records; ensure accurate charting.

RN Job Description:

• Provide bedside care to patients, including personal hygiene maintenance

• Record the patients’ vital signs (including blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate)

• Collect patients’ health information

• Relay information between patients, registered nurses, and physicians

• Give oral medications and injections to patients

• Test a patient’s blood sugar levels

• Urinary catheter insertion and care

• Assist patients with personal hygiene

• Monitor for changes in patients

• Proper charting, documentation, and maintenance of patients’ medical records

• Asks questions when in doubt for clarification by the Registered Nurse.

• Acts as a role model for ancillary personnel.

• Maintains the confidentiality of the patient’s clinical records.

• Exceptional staff training and customer service skills

• Compassionate and friendly demeanor

RN Requirements:

• Current LRN license in the state.

• At least one year of RN experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
