Job summary

Anthem Memory Care seeks a qualified nurse leader to oversee clinical care in a Memory Care community. The role provides nursing care per care plans, leads CNAs, and ensures compliance with regulations and policies. Strong communication with residents, families, and physicians is essential.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, administering medications, documenting assessments, and participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident well-being and safety.

Qualifications

• A current and valid nursing license.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a senior living community.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a management or supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and provide nursing care per care plans.
• Directly supervise CNAs and manage daily team duties.
• Participate in Pathways of Purpose through functional engagement.
• Ensure resident rights are maintained and dignity preserved.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document nursing histories and assessments at admission.
• Address resident, family, or physician concerns and refer as needed.
• Respond to life-threatening situations per standards and policies.
• Participate in department performance improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
