Job summary

• Directly supervise CNAs on assigned team; manage training, scheduling, and performance.
• Participate in Pathways of Purpose program and apply engagement in daily interactions.
• Administer prescribed medications and document nursing history.
• Ensure resident rights and safety; respond to life-threatening situations; participate in quality improvement.
