Spring Arbor of Outer Banks is hiring a Resident Assistant to support seniors in memory care. The role involves hands-on resident care, daily living assistance, and documentation under supervision. Cadence includes two 12-hour shifts with same-day pay and full-time stability.

The ideal candidate holds an active CNA certification, has memory care experience, and demonstrates patience, reliability, and a compassionate approach to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must have active CNA certification.
• Memory care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient approach to memory care.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care services as scheduled under the supervision of the RSD.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and incontinence care.
• Maintain resident care records and document services provided.
• Be familiar with resident service plans and ensure continuity of care.
