Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carries out daily resident programming and activities.
• Assists residents with daily routines, personal care, and housekeeping needs.
• Reports observations and other pertinent information related to resident care.
• Reviews care plans daily to adjust the daily care routine as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Maintains safety and infection control practices and uses PPE as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or Executive Director.
