Job summary

Springs of Ballentine seeks a compassionate Special Care Coordinator to lead Memory Care services, develop person-centered care plans, train staff, and engage residents and families. You will partner with the Executive Director and care teams to ensure safe, dignified cognitive support tailored to individual needs.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and collaboration with nursing, physicians, and therapists to maintain high standards of care and resident satisfaction

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in nursing or healthcare administration is preferred.
• Active LPN/RN license preferred depending on state.
• Minimum of 2 years in a senior living, memory care, or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate memory care programs to promote cognitive function, engagement, and well-being.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and dementia training to care staff.
• Coordinate care with nursing team, physicians, therapists, and families.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance in memory care.
• Partner with Executive Director to support operations and resident satisfaction.
