Job summary

Kingsbridge House in North Carolina is seeking a compassionate Special Care Coordinator to lead Memory Care services, developing person-centered care plans and coordinating staff training to support residents with cognitive impairments.

You will collaborate with the Executive Director, care teams, residents’ families, and other professionals to ensure safe, enriching environments focused on dignity, engagement, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a senior living, memory care, or healthcare setting.
• Active LPN or RN license preferred (depending on state requirements).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of state regulations and compliance standards for memory care.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate specialized memory care programs.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and dementia training to care staff.
• Serve as primary point of contact for residents and families regarding care-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with dementia care regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, therapists, and leadership to coordinate care.
