North Hill is seeking a part-time Memory Health Program Coordinator to support memory care services for residents with cognitive changes in Needham, MA. This role involves delivering person-centered programming, advocating for residents, and collaborating with the Memory Health Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in senior living or dementia care. Key responsibilities include building relationships with residents and families, monitoring resident behavior, and adapting programming to meet individual needs.

This position offers a pay range of $25/hour, and provides benefits such as 401K with company match and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living and/or dementia care preferred.
• Willingness to complete dementia-related training.
• Basic knowledge of dementia and cognitive decline.
