Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living in Colorado Springs is seeking a Clare Bridge Program Assistant to lead dementia-friendly, person-centered activities for residents and their families. This role fosters connections and meaningful engagement within the community.

You will coordinate program calendars, work with the Program Manager, and help ensure services meet Brookdale standards while supporting residents’ quality of life and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience with older adults and dementia preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement a calendar of dementia-friendly programs for residents.
• Review residents’ service plans and document program activities.
• Ensure programs comply with state and Brookdale standards.
• Coordinate and participate in special events and family activities.
• Assist with volunteer training and supervision.

Education
