Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Reminiscence Supervisor to lead a memory care team, supervise daily operations, and ensure high-quality dementia programming. You will guide staff through ISPs, daily tasks, and family engagement while maintaining resident-centered living standards.

This role emphasizes leadership, care excellence, and collaboration with leadership on training and performance support, with a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, long-term care or dementia care.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office & Sunrise systems).
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

The Reminiscence Supervisor provides hands-on leadership in the memory care neighborhood, supporting daily operations while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care. Pay Range:

19.75 - 24.70
