Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Rhode Island is seeking a Reminiscence Coordinator to lead the memory care neighborhood, ensuring compassionate, individualized care for residents living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. You will champion Sunrise's Resident-Centered Care model and collaborate with clinical leaders to meet ISP, safety, hydration and care needs.

This role focuses on developing engaging, dementia-appropriate activities, overseeing staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance,

Qualifications

• Lead daily operations of the reminiscence neighborhood in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards
• Champion the designated care manager model and Life Skills programming
• Develop and facilitate dementia-appropriate activities that create purposeful, pleasant days
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure ISPs, safety, hydration and care needs are met
• Support families through meetings, education and monthly support groups
• Monitor quality indicators including weight management, behaviors and medication oversight
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance management
• Oversee department budget and financial performance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management standards

Pay Range: 55,328.00 - 73,840.00
