Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Memory Care neighborhood with resident-centered care.
• Lead budgeting and staffing planning for the Memory Care neighborhood.
• Support move-in processes and conduct assessments as needed.
• Develop individualized service plans and facilitate plan meetings with families.
• Coordinate activities and ensure care staff assignments support resident participation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor performance indicators.
