Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in high-acuity assisted living communities.
• Ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Clear communication with managers, Residents, families, and the public.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the Community for extended periods.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 25-50 pounds occasionally.
• Must work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Memory Care neighborhood, ensuring high quality, Resident-centered care and adherence to clinical standards.
• Contribute to annual business and budget planning for the Memory Care neighborhood and monitor staffing and supply costs.
• Lead development of individualized service plans and facilitate service plan meetings with Residents and families.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach care staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Kensington Senior Living policies and maintain positive relationships with referral sources.
