Qualifications
- A.A./A.S. degree required.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
- Driver's license in good standing required.
- Medical Exam Certification required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Pass in-house transportation curriculum within 30 days.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, supervision, and staff support.
- Partner with Director of Health Services on staffing, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Coach team on dementia care best practices and resident engagement.
- Assist with hiring and training activity staff.
- Coordinate program leadership and resident engagement.
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
