Job summary

The Astral at Franklin in Franklin, IN seeks a Memory Care Manager (LPN/RN) to lead our memory care program and engage residents and families with compassionate leadership.

This full-time leadership role oversees daily operations of a small memory care neighborhood, develops person-centered programming, and ensures high quality of life for residents while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Indiana.
• 2+ years of nursing management experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of nursing services to residents including ADLs and medication services.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring and orientation of new clinical associates.
• Monitor and assist in scheduling staff to ensure the community is appropriately supported.
• Assist with resident assessments for pre-admission, admission, and ongoing assessments and implementation/updating of Resident Service Plans.
• Participate in care conferences and maintain regular communication with families and residents.
