Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years nursing management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing services including ADLs and medications.
• Interview, hire and orient new clinical staff.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage.
• Assess residents pre-admission and ongoing, update care plans.
• Participate in care conferences and communicate with families.
• Audit electronic health records and ensure compliance.
• Serve on the QAPI committee and on-call duties.
• Comply with policies and perform other duties.
