Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner in Ann Arbor, MI. This part-time role emphasizes empathy, resident engagement, and daily life support for memory care residents. Strong communication and mobility support are required.

Responsibilities include documenting care, orienting team members, and creating engaging plans tailored to each resident's interests and abilities. You will work evenings, with a focus on compassionate care and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Must be physically active (standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping).
• Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents to discover interests and abilities; develop engagement plans.
• Set the stage for daily routines and events by arranging dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Orient memory care team members to neighborhoods and care practices.
