Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Manager of Memory Care (LPN or RN required) in Mesa, AZ for a full-time role in the Resident Care department. Salary ranges USD 60,000–USD 73,500 yearly, with a Tue-Sat schedule and full benefits.

You will recruit, train and supervise staff, provide direct nursing care including health assessments and care plans, coordinate admissions, monitor resident condition with physicians, and implement fall-prevention interventions.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license
• Management experience in dementia care
• Experience in long-term care settings
• Knowledge of health assessments and care planning

Responsibilities
