MBK Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for night shifts in Modesto, CA. The role focuses on ADL support, safe transfers, medication assistance, and ensuring residents’ comfort and dignity throughout the shift.

The position pays $17.00–$18.00 per hour, with Sundays through Thursdays 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Full-time employment includes comprehensive benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications (if required by state) and maintained.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if required and not already held.
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless required by state.
• 1+ years of prior caregiving experience within a similar work environment preferred; on-the-job training is available for candidates with the right attitude and desire.

Responsabilités

• Responds to resident needs promptly while maintaining independence, self-respect, personal dignity, safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mealtime activities, and continence needs.
• Provide safe transport for residents by assisting with transfers and escorting to meals and activities.
• Support residents’ social and emotional well-being with compassion and superior customer service.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and the community as required.
