Job summary

Watercrest Richmond is seeking a Memory Care Resident Caregiver for a part-time overnight role in Moseley, VA. You will support residents with personal care, daily living activities, and program participation, while collaborating with dining and community activities to maintain high care quality.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, CNA/Personal Care Aide/Home Health Aide preferred, CPR/First Aid certified, and a passion for working with seniors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CNA/Personal Care Aide/Home Health Aide preferred, but not required.
• License for Medication Assistance as needed per state regulations.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks per standards.
• Review and report resident changes as needed.
• Assist residents to and from programs and participate in activities.
• Maintain infection control practices and report hazards.
• Ensure resident confidentiality and rights.
