Job summary

Watercrest Senior Living in Moseley, VA is seeking a part-time MC Registered Medication Aide (RMA) to join the Resident Care team. You will ensure accurate medication management for Memory Care residents, while supporting daily living activities and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Virginia-licensed medication assistant where applicable, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach to senior care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; state licensing as Medication Assistant where applicable.
• Experience or willingness to obtain MC/RMA credentials per Virginia/state requirements.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families and staff with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Distribute prescribed medication and maintain records under supervision.
• Present medications and observe ingestion; assist per procedures.
• Monitor resident responses and report adverse effects promptly.
• Document dosing changes, holds or disposals in records.
• Complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality.
