Job summary

Watercrest Richmond is seeking a Memory Care Resident Caregiver to join the Resident Care team. You will ensure day-to-day care for residents with sensitivity and professionalism in the Memory Care neighborhood, coordinating with dining and community programs to ensure high-quality care.

You will assist with personal care, daily activities, safety, and engagement, while upholding residents’ dignity and rights in a supportive, faith-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CNA/Personal Care Aide/Home Health Aide preferred but not required.
• License/Certificate for Medication Assistance as needed per state regulations.
• CPR and First Aid certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, activities of daily living, and engagement as assigned.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks following established procedures.
• Review and participate in reports and shift logs as needed.
• Assist residents to and from scheduled programs and activities.
• Participate in resident programming and promote independence and dignity.
