Job summary

Watercrest Senior Living is seeking an AL Registered Medication Aide (RMA) - Full Time in Moseley, VA. The role involves day-to-day medication management for Memory Care residents and ensuring accurate documentation, under supervision of the Wellness Director.

The position requires completion of required medication assistance credentials, strong communication, and a compassionate approach to seniors. Full benefits and on-demand pay are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• License/Certificate for Medication Assistance as required by state regulations.
• Experience in Resident Care or Medication Assistant roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distribute prescribed medications and maintain related records under supervision.
• Observe ingestion or administration and assist in medication administration per procedures.
• Monitor resident condition and report adverse reactions promptly.
• Maintain medication accountability and MAR documentation.
• Support staff with daily care activities and help residents with daily living tasks.
• Follow infection control practices and report hazards or incidents promptly.
