Qualifications

• Knowledge of policies, procedures, and nursing practices.
• Certification and clearance requirements: Medication Technician Certification or state equivalent; First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Know and understand the vision, values, and goals of Willowbrook Place Memory Care.
• Assess health and safety needs of residents and oversee medical care and medications.
• Assure that the social model of assisted living is in operation.
• Assist families and provide information about residents’ conditions.
• Coordinate with doctors and residents; respond to emergencies.
