Job summary

Generations is seeking Medication staff to ensure residents receive medications as prescribed and to follow care plans for safety and well-being in Memory Care. The role emphasizes teamwork, independence, and compassionate patient care.

Preferred qualifications include Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide certification, CPR/First Aid training available on hire, and flexibility for weekends/holidays. Generations values a safe, supportive environment with opportunities for on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Medication Assistance preferred.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification – training is available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medication as prescribed by physicians.
• Follow resident care plans and physician orders to ensure safety and well-being.
• Adhere to Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation.
