Job summary

CherryWood Village in Portland, OR seeks Medication staff for Memory Care to administer medications as prescribed and follow resident care plans and physician orders to ensure safety and well-being. You will work with a compassionate team to support residents daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior memory care or medication assistance experience preferred.
• Nursing assistant or home health aide certification is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification – training is available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Follow resident care plans and physician orders to support safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with care team to maintain compliant community operations.
