Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, completion of a state-approved Medication Aide course, and a CMA/Certified Nursing credential or Personal Care Assistant certification. Team collaboration and HIPAA confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
• Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form and to work in an interdisciplinary care setting.

Responsibilities
