Responsibilities include maintaining residents' rights, documenting care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, while upholding HIPAA and safety standards in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required and 18+ years old.
• Completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
• Must hold Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration and resident care oversight.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and safety practices.
• Demonstrate respectful interactions with residents and families.
• Attend in-service programs and continuing education as required.
• Report resident condition changes to supervisor promptly.
